This 1999 Madonna ad for Max Factor was not released because she was (a) high, (b) obnoxious & rude, (c) abusive and bitchy, (d) on the verge of a nervous breakdown (as she claims in the ad), (e) all of the above. What do you think? Inexplicably just put out for us to view by Mad Madge herself, on Facebook.
