This song continues to define me through the years. I'm such a multiple media maniac, it should be my theme song! "I Am the Fanatic" also brings back memories of twirling on the dancefloor at Danceteria:
It was recorded by the L.A.-based band Felony and released in 1983 with a distinctly Devo influence to it. It was a New Wave club hit, popular on MTV, and was on the soundtrack for the film Valley Girl.
