It's a Happy St Patrick's Day -- until the requisite brawl begins! From the beloved John Ford movie, 1952, starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara, The Quiet Man. I think the Irish Ms O'Hara was one of the most beautiful stars to ever grace the screen. Her scenes with Wayne had a very special chemistry. (Rumor has it they had a rather backstreet, life-long relationship since filming this movie.) But I especially love the scene-stealing Barry Fitzgerald as Michaleen.
