Buddy Beaverhausen's Random Thoughts: Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday ~ according to the New Testament ~ is a celebration of the day Jesus rode  (on a donkey) into Jerusalem and his fans went wild, laying palms before him. What, no money?!

It also kicks off the week leading to Easter. This is when florists, card and gift shops can usually count on a little extra business.

It's not about Palm Springs, Brian De Palma or even Betsy Palmer! But it is about Spring as we kick off a season of hope and renewal.

Why, I think I'll celebrate by visiting the gypsy and having my palm read!

So, a happy Palm Sunday and Easter to all! Hope Springs eternal!
